Cookie Settings

Analytics on Certgio is off unless you turn it on. This page is where you turn it on or off, and it works whether or not you have an account.

Current setting

Turning analytics off deletes what was stored for it and reloads the page, because that is the only way we can honestly stop code that is already running.

What analytics covers

  • PostHog— product analytics: which pages are viewed and which steps of a check are completed. Stored in your browser’s local storage, not in a cookie.
  • Sentry session replay — a masked recording of a session, captured only when an error occurs. Text is masked and media is blocked.
  • A visitor ID — a random identifier that links your steps through the instant check into one journey.

What stays on either way

  • Signing you in and keeping you signed in, including two-factor.
  • The Cloudflare Turnstile check on the free COI checker, which is what keeps it from being abused by bots.
  • Crash and error reporting, so a broken page can be fixed. This sends no recording and stores nothing on your device.
  • Remembering this choice.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Certgio does not sell your personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We run no advertising or targeting cookies of any kind. This page is the control for the only non-essential processing we do, so it also serves as our “Do Not Sell or Share” mechanism. We honour the Global Privacy Control signal automatically, with no action needed from you.
